Tweaks.com Logon Changer : Customize Windows 7 Logon Screen Background with One Click
Tweaks.com Logon Changer is a free small portable tool developed by Tweaks.com that allows users to customize the logon screen background of Windows 7 with just one click.
Just run it and click the “Change Logon Screen” button, a window will prompt for the location of the new background image. Once you have selected a image it will automatically change the logon background. To check if it is working properly, click the “Test” button. If you want revert it to the default logon background, just click the “Revert to Default Logon Screen” button.
