Fix Windows 7 Screen Flashing Issue
Sometimes the desktop automatically flashes out for a while and the “Not Responding” error message is displayed on the top left corner in Windows 7. The change is caused by a Windows optimization utility or if a user has modified the registry to speed up the Windows shutdown.
