Leopard Theme for Windows 7
Many users have already installed the Leopard theme for Windows Vista. But they were also looking for a Leopard theme for Windows 7. So, ~alkhan has created a Leopard theme for Windows 7. It will work only in Windows 7 RC (Build 7100 32-bit). To install it, follow the tutorial:-
1. Download and extract the theme archive from the link given at the bottom of the post.
2. Download and execute the UX Theme patch for Windows 7.
3. Copy the “themes” folder from the theme archive to “%windir%\Resources\“.
4. Goto “%windir%\System32” and take ownership of “ExplorerFrame.dll” and “shell32.dll“. If you don’t know how to take ownership of any file then goto this link and follow the tutorial.
5. Once you have taken ownership of the two files, rename them to “ExplorerFrame.dll_old” and “shell32.dll_old“.
6. Goto “%windir%” and take ownership of “Explorer.exe“.
7. Open the “windows\system32” folder from the theme archive you have extracted.
8. Copy and paste both the files to “%windir%\System32“.
9. Open the “windows” folder from the theme archive you have extracted.
10. Copy the file to “%windir%“.
11. Apply the new theme called “Leopard OSX“.
That’s it. Now restart your computer to see the new theme.
