Copy Plain Text Firefox Add-on: Copy Text Without Formatting
Have you ever copied something to any program and been annoyed that the text formatting (bold, font size, etc) came with it? Don’t you wish you could just copy the text itself, without having to copying it and pasting it into notepad, then copying it again?
Copy Plain Text is a Firefox addon which gives you an option to copy the text without the formatting. You can even set it to trim extra space in and around the copied text.
To copy text without formatting, just highlight the text you want to copy and right click on the highlighted area, then choose Copy as Plain Text from the context menu.
Copy Plain Text works perfectly with Firefox 1.0 – 3.0.+.
