Shut Down Your Computer at a Specific Time Without Using Any Software
There are many softwares available that can shut down your computer at a specific time but this tutorial will show you how to do it without using any software:-
1. Open Task Scheduler by going to Start->All Programs->Accessories->System Tools->Task Scheduler.
2. Click on “Create Basic Task…” in the right hand side.
3. Give the task a name and click “Next“.
4. Select when you want to shutdown the computer and click “Next“.
5. Choose the time when you want to shutdown the computer and click “Next“.
6. Select “Start a program” and click “Next“.
7. Type “shutdown” in the “Program/script” box.
8. Type “-s -f -t 0“ (without quotes) in the “Add arguments” box and click “Next“.
9. Now click on “Finish“.
That’s it. Now your computer will automatically shut down at the time you have specified.
