Permanently Disable Annoying Windows Language Bar
Windows Language Bar provides handwriting and speech recognition feature and also the option of using a second language keyboard layout. Most users don’t need this feature and if they disable it no matter how many times, it comes back on the next boot.
To disable it permanently follow the tutorial below:
1. Open Run.
2. Type “Regsvr32.exe /u msimtf.dll” (without quotes) in the box and press enter.
3. Restart your computer.
That’s it. Now the annoying Windows Language Bar will be disabled. If you want to enable it again then type “Regsvr32.exe msimtf.dll” instead in Step 2.
