Gel XP Blue Theme for Windows 7
Gel XP Blue is a very beautiful theme for Windows 7. To install it, follow the tutorial below:-
1. Download UniversalThemePatcher and open it.
2. Patch the three files.
3. Restart your computer.
4. Download the archive from the below link and extract it.
5. Open the folder named “GelXP Blue“.
6. Copy the “GelXPBlue” folder and the “GelXP Blue.theme” file to “%windir\Resources\Themes“.
7. Take ownership of “%windir\explorer.exe” and replace it with the “explorer.exe” in the theme archive you have extracted.
8. Now apply the new theme.
That’s it. Now restart your computer to see the new theme.
